Workouts

There are many schools of thought when it comes to workouts, and no one is any more valid then the other.  The most important thing to consider when planing a workout routine is making sure the workout you do benefits the area you utilize the most during skiing, specifically the contests you plan on doing in the up coming season. 

Our two main goals in working out for skiing are to develop muscles and a strong cardiovascular base that allow us to ski all day without feeling too tired and secondly help prevent injures. Our goal is not to become giant meathead body builders, but to develop muscles specific to skiing and over all health.
