Workouts : Pre-Season Workouts with Ted Ligety

#1) Squat jumps



#2) Side band walks



#3) Split squats



#4) Glute- Hamstring raises/ Swiss ball hamstring curl



#5)Back extension holds



#6) Overhead medicine ball throws



Six exercise circuit workout
- three sets at 60% max weight

Squat jumps : 20 reps
Side-band walks: 20 yards (each way)
Split squats: 10 reps
Glute-hamstring raises/ swiss ball curl: 5 reps/ 20 reps
Back extension holds: 60 secs
Overhead medicine ball throws: 5 reps



Six minute workout video 
- one set at 90% max weight

Squats: 10 reps
Leg press: 1 minute
One leg bosu-ball balance: 1 minute
Leg extensions: 30 reps
Leg press: 1 minute
