About this blog (read first!)

Hey all! I'm still in the process of setting this blog up, but sometime in the near future, it will be a great guide for all of you who wish to progress your skiing or ridding in the off season. Thanks for checking us out, and check back soon.

This blog is for competitive freeskiers and snowboarders, and is filled with articles and videos that will help guild you in your off season training. I'll post workouts, balance activities and some cool edits to keep you stoked on skiing all summer. Please use the information as a guide; everything should be fun, not a hassle.  If you would like to create a specific workout/dryland routine, custom designed for your skiing goals, please contact me on facebook, email or phone and we'll set something up!
