Dryland Activies

Dryland training is often a daunting phrase. To many, it brings up images of boring workouts and tredmills. However, just about anything you do to better prepare yourself for the ski season can be considered dryland training: trampolining, hitting summer setups, water ramping and working out are all part of the process of becoming a better skier.

The articles featured in the blog entitled Dryland Activites will help you in finding summer time activities to increase strength, balance and help prevent injures. The articles will introduce new activities as well as explain how they relate to freestyle skiing.

The most important thing you can do in the summer months is stay active: mountain biking, trail running or playing another sport will keep your body strong and your mussels active. So get out there and shred the (summer) gnar.
