Slacklines are a great balancing activity. Here are some links and videos to help you get started.


Slacklining as a great balance training activity. It will help freeskiers with everything from balancing on a rail to making better turns on a mogul course. Additionally, it can be used to practice jumping if used properly. check out the links and videos below an remember to take it SLOW. No one is born a pro slackliner so take your time learning the basics before trying more advanced moves.

- So theses are the slackline basics. Lots of gymnastic centers have slacklines you can use during open gym sessions. So do some extra chores, mow some extra lawns and get yourself a slackline, or try one out at our tramp camps.
