Dryland Activity: Gymnastics & Trampoline Training

Gymnastics are a skiers best friend.

Gymnastics are a great way to work on our self-awareness and air sense as well as providing an ideal all-body workout. There are gymnastic centers all over the country that have great equipment and staff that can help to teach you  how to appropriately and safely preform tricks and maneuvers that will help you in your skiing. Additionally, many gyms have "Open Gym" which allows anyone to use the equipment (most centers require a safety course to introduce all participants to the equipment. These classes are short and painless and although they may seem pointless, they will certainly help you in the long run). go check out a local gym, I promise you you'll love it.
