Workouts : US Alpine Team Training

Drop Jumps and Romanian Dead Lifts are useful exercises to work into a routine.



Drop Jumps help us with our explosiveness which is essential to big, fast turns, landing cliff drops and regaining balance in gnarly terrain. 



  
  
Single Leg Romanian Dead Lifts are a great alternative to traditional dead lifts. They are safer and work all of the same muscles plus they help with balance. Remember to start with a low weight and add to it once you fell comfortable preforming the exercise.
