Think dryland training stops when the snow starts?... Think again.
it is vitally important to keep up with a dry land regiment during the ski season, especially if you are only skiing two or three times a week. Losing muscle-mass and flexibility once the season is a major setback, and will lead to lowed performance in the long run. doing full body workouts will help you stay in shape and keep you active through a typically sluggish part of the year.
This video has exercises that focus on mobility and our skiing specific areas that need constant work throughout the season.
