Do you have an ice rink in your town?
Check out this video of a group of Swedish skiers who got permission to build a drop-in and landing pad near their local ice rink. Most ice rinks in The U.S. will require you to take the ice savings off their property, but woun't have a problem with you taking it if you ask nicely.
